Chris Brown, Justin Timberlake up for honors
Miley Cyrus will host Fox's "Teen Choice 2008" awards show on Fox, which will air in primetime on Aug. 4.
Among the musicians up for honors are Chris Brown, with nine nominations and Justin Timberlake with three. (Timberlake is the most winning Teen Choice icon, taking home 21 of the event's trophies -- a surfboard -- since 1998.)
Cyrus herself received four nominations: choice TV actress, comedy; choice TV comedy; choice music, single; and choice music: female artist.
Winners will be selected from an online vote at TeenChoiceAwards.com.
